I’m Geniya Seager Gilliam, the founder of 3P Legal. I’ve spent the last 14 years as a litigation paralegal supporting attorneys through the document-heavy phases of civil and family litigation — discovery, deposition prep, exhibit organization, drafting under attorney supervision, and the steady operational work that keeps a caseload from becoming a crisis.
I started 3P Legal because solo attorneys and small firms in Maryland keep running into the same problem: caseload comes in waves, and full-time hires don’t scale to that rhythm. The result is either burned-out staff or work falling through the cracks. A capable freelance paralegal — one who can plug in, learn your system fast, and disappear when you don’t need her — solves that.
I work primarily with attorneys based in Anne Arundel County and the broader Annapolis-Baltimore-DC corridor, both remotely and locally. Every engagement is attorney-supervised, hourly-billed, and structured to fit your matter rather than my preferred process.
